Sacred Steps is a mobile app for visiting churches and keeping a record of your journey. You can check in at a church, add a photo, write a reflection, and share what you found with other people. Sacred Steps is made by BarkingPacas, LLC.
How to get help
Email our support team
This is the support channel for Sacred Steps. Write to us about anything: a problem in the app, a question about your account, a church that looks wrong, or content you want reviewed.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days.
- Reports of harmful or objectionable content are actioned within 24 hours.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us.

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account inside the app, under Settings, or on the web without installing anything. Full instructions and the secure web form are on our delete account page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I report content or block a user?
Both controls are in the app. To report something, open the menu on the content itself, such as a check-in or a review, and choose the report option. To report or block a person, open their profile and use the menu there. Blocked accounts can be managed under Settings, then Blocked Accounts. What we allow and what happens after a report is described in our Community Guidelines. You can also email [email protected] if you cannot reach the report control.
How do I reach you about a privacy matter?
Send privacy questions and data requests to [email protected], the same address given in our Privacy Policy. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
