How do I delete my account?
Two ways: inside the app under Settings, or on the web without installing anything.
You can delete your Sacred Steps account yourself. You do not need to email us and wait.
The two ways
- In the app. Open Settings, find Delete Account in the Danger Zone, and follow the confirmation steps.
- On the web. Use the secure form on our delete account page. You sign in with your existing email and password, and nothing needs to be installed.
What happens to your things
The full detail, including exactly what is removed and what is kept and anonymised, is set out on the delete account page. We keep that page as the single source of truth so it never drifts out of date, and it is the page the app stores link to.
